InsideTheNinety LLC — Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services and to submit any content.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights in and to the User Content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents from relevant rights holders to submit it.
• Your User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
• Any identifiable individuals appearing in your User Content have consented to its capture and public display. Where minors are depicted, you have appropriate permission (for example, from a parent, guardian, or as permitted by relevant school or team policies).
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4.2 License You Grant to InsideTheNinety LLC

By submitting User Content, you grant InsideTheNinety LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Use, host, store, and reproduce the User Content;
• Publish, display, and distribute the User Content;
• Modify, adapt, edit, crop, or otherwise create derivative works from the User Content;
• Use the User Content in connection with the promotion, marketing, and operation of InsideTheNinety and related platforms.

This license applies in all media formats and channels now known or later developed and survives termination of your account or these Terms.

4.3 No Expectation of Compensation

Unless expressly agreed in writing, you understand and agree that you are not entitled to monetary compensation or attribution for User Content submitted to or used by InsideTheNinety.

4.4 Our Right to Remove or Modify User Content

We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, edit, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, including content that we believe violates these Terms, our editorial standards, or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Upload or share content that you do not have the right to submit;
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or networks connected to the Services;
• Use automated systems (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Services in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce in the same period.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. • Any other matter relating to the Services.

In no event shall our total liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
