About InsideTheNinety
High school soccer is stacked with talent, rivalries, and insane moments — but most of it never makes it past a parent’s camera roll. InsideTheNinety aims to change that by giving the high school game a place where its best moments can truly be seen.
This platform is your spot for stories, highlights, reactions, player features, rankings, and big-moment photos — everything that makes the high school game electric. Our purpose is simple: shine a spotlight on the athletes, teams, and moments that make high school soccer so special.
Why InsideTheNinety Exists
Across my years in the game, one thing always stood out: high school soccer is full of incredible stories, but very few ever get showcased.
Every season is packed with breakout players, rivalries, unexpected heroes, and moments filled with real emotion and meaning. But unless you were on the field or in the stands, you often never heard about them. Parents miss games. Rival teams want to know what’s happening across town. Great players and great stories slip by unnoticed.
InsideTheNinety was created to change that — to elevate the high school game and bring visibility to the athletes and teams shaping it.
What We’re Building
- Highlights: big plays, weekly round-ups, and breakout performances.
- Player features: stories, journeys, and the work behind the success.
- Team stories: rivalries, culture, and defining moments across the season.
We’re kicking things off with the California CIF NCS section, but this is just the beginning. This winter season is our test run as we refine coverage, expand features, and build the community. It will take time to grow — and we’re ready to put in the work to make InsideTheNinety a true hub for high school soccer.
Stick with us — it’s only getting better from here.
How You Can Contribute
Players, coaches, and fans — if you have something to share, we want to see it.
Send us:
- highlight clips
- big-moment photos

- anything that brings your experience to life
Every submission helps build a more connected community and keeps the focus on the athletes and teams who make the game what it is.
We’re also adding photography and story-writing interns from high schools across the CIF North Coast Section. If you’re interested in joining the team, reach out at insidetheninety@gmail.com.
About the Founder
Jack Flowers, a junior at Santa Clara University, grew up as an expat in London just steps from Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge — the place that sparked a lifelong love of the game. After moving back to Massachusetts, he played seven years in ECNL, captained Milton Academy in the Independent School League, and spent a year in Germany immersed in a soccer development academy that shaped his understanding of soccer’s culture, detail, and discipline.
InsideTheNinety brings together that background and a passion for storytelling — all with the goal of elevating the high school game and creating a platform built for the players who power it.
