When you buy a photo, you get a digital copy in the size you choose, for your personal use. Extra Large and Full size are the photographer's full-resolution original; the other sizes are smaller. Every size is the whole photo, never cropped. The photographer keeps the copyright.
Download it, keep it, print it for yourself, frame it, send it to family and friends, and post it on your own social media. Please credit the photographer when you post it.
Sell it, license it, or use it for a business, in advertising, or on merchandise, and you cannot claim you took it. For any of those, contact us and we will put you in touch with the photographer.
The photographer owns the copyright. Buying a photo gives you this licence, not the copyright, and the licence is yours alone; it does not pass to anyone you give a copy to.
Everything you buy stays in My Photos for as long as you have an account, and you can download it again at any time, even if the gallery is later taken down. The one exception: if we withdraw a photo because of a copyright claim, or because someone in it asked us to, nobody can download it any more, and we refund you automatically. We still recommend keeping your own copy.
A photo is delivered the moment you pay, so purchases are final. We will refund you if the file is faulty or if you bought the same photo in the same size twice: contact us within 30 days. If we withdraw a photo you bought, we refund you without your asking. A refunded photo can no longer be downloaded, and its licence ends. The same goes for a payment you dispute with your bank: its photos stop downloading while the dispute is open, and for good if your bank returns the money to you.
Our photographers shoot high school games, which are public events. If you, or your child, are in a photo and want it removed, contact us and we will take it down, and stop offering it to anyone who already bought it.
